It explains the measures taken by official authorities in the event of cargo inspection, such as the security forces and the police.

Confirmation of the shipping statement

The liability of the sender for any incorrect data that may result in fines or penalties is determined.

Packaging and packaging

Emphasize the responsibility of the sender to pack the parcel well to ensure its safety during transportation.

Discarded parcels and abandoned shipment

Returns and Cancellation

Returns

  • The consumer can return the product in the event of a defect or damage to it, or if it does not conform to the specifications mentioned.
  • There may be a specific time period for the return, such as 3 days from the date of receipt of the product.
  • The product must be in its original condition, with all original labels and packaging.

Replacement

  • The consumer can exchange the product for another similar or alternative product, with payment or refund of the price difference.
  • There may be conditions for replacement, such as the product is in good condition and has not been used.

Cancellation

The consumer has the right to cancel the order before shipment, and in some cases after delivery to the representative.

Return methods

  • The consumer can deliver the returned shipment to the delivery representative.
  • The Deliverist representative may send an SMS with a link to deliver the shipment.

Cashback

  • The amount paid may be refunded by the same payment method (cash or network).
  • The amount may be transferred to the customer's account in case of cash on delivery.
  • Refund may take 7-14 business days, depending on the bank.

Claims procedure

  • Deliverist must be notified in writing of any loss, damage or delay in the shipment within 7 days of receipt of the shipment or from the date the delivery was supposed to take place.
  • A survey may be required by Deliverist to evaluate the claim.
